Propath has expanded its spatial transcriptomics offering by partnering with 10x Genomics to laucnh a fully managed, CGP-compliant Xenium service, enabling high-resolution, single-cell gene expression analysis within intact tissue.
The introduction of Xenium enhances Propath’s ability to generate high-content, multiomics datasets, supporting detailed exploration of cellular organisation and function. The in situ imaging technology from 10x Genomics complements the existing spatial platform at Propath by enabling unique probe customsation options for hypothesis-driven studies. By combining this technology with established histology and bioinformatics workflows, Propath provides a fully integrated, GCP-compliant service from sample preparation through to data interpretation.
This addition strengthens Propath’s technology portfolio and enables clients to leverage advanced spatial transcriptomics in applications such as biomarker discovery, patient stratification, and translational research.
