Combining GeoMx® and CosMx™ technologies to analyse human coronary arteries across varying stages of atherosclerotic disease, our integrated spatial transcriptomics analysis identified key cellular interactions, molecular pathways, and potential therapeutic targets, advancing the understanding of atherosclerosis at single-cell resolution with whole transcriptome coverage.
